Join local nature artists, Susan Quinlan and Gary Raham for a two hour introduction to this engaging hobby that can help anyone develop both observation and artistic skills. Learn what nature-journaling is all about and a variety of ways to approach it. Begin developing the observation skills of a naturalist and start learning to sketch what you see. With coaching and helpful guidance, participants will test out some fun nature observation and sketching techniques that can help anyone start seeing, and enjoying, more in nature. No experience or knowledge of nature or art needed—just bring an interest in learning!
